FAQ

Turn-Around Time:

Please refer to the top notification on our site to inform you of how long our orders are running at the time of your order. It can range from 1+ weeks to 3+ weeks depending on the time of year.  If you selected to have your order shipped please allow (3-5 business days) for in-stock items to arrive at your doorstep. Orders are processed in the order they are received FIFO.

If ordering a tie-dye item, depending when you order, it may add on 2+weeks to your lead time. As these items are made in house.

Returns:

Each order is made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns.

 

Shipping:

Once shipped, Freundly Designs is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout. Receiving a shipment notification does not mean your order has been shipped, but that the label has been created. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS.

International Shipping:

Sorry at this time, we do not ship worldwide. 

 

Shipping Changes:

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed to FreundlyDesigns@gmail.com within 30 minutes of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)".

Order Changes:

Please make sure to verify all items being purchased before checkout. Once your order is placed, all sales are FINAL and no changes/combining orders/cancellations can be made.

Inquiries:

Freundly Design is very active on Facebook & Instagram, however we may miss a question or inquiry. Please make sure to email us at FreundlyDesigns@gmail.com with any collaboration, wholesale, or order questions. PLEASE include your order number if inquiring about an order placed. We will get back with you as soon as possible, typically 24-48 hours after receipt. Keep in mind that emails over the weekend may be responded to on our next business day when we reopen on Monday.

About the owner:

Hey! My name is Tiffany but you can call me Tiff. I grew up in a small town in Illinois called Johnsburg and have planted my roots in the next town over called McHenry. I'm a wifey to my High School sweetheart, Ryan (been together for more than half our lives!). And am incredibly lucky to be mama to Preston and Chase, the loves of my life.  I love Mexican food (but not too spicy) and wine are my favorite staples. Outside of being in love with all things fashion, I used to sell baked goods. Having creative outlets is what makes me tick.

I always had a LOVE for fashion and shortly after I started offering my customized apparel through my Facebook group, I realized I was really on to something. My dream became a reality in 2020 when we first opened our "virtual doors" and went live. I knew I wanted to create a seamless shopping experience where everyone could find something. I have always loved to shop (maybe a little too much) but what I love even MORE is helping others feel great about themselves.
